My car's AC was not working and I was worried about the cost of repairs. I was very uncomfortable in this over-100° heat and knew that I had to have it repaired, regardless of cost. At NTB, I was met with friendly, knowledgeable employees, fair pricing, prompt service, and a clean, comfortable waiting area. Their technician ran a diagnostic on my AC system, which took less time than was originally estimated, and thankfully I only needed that basic service and new cabin air filter to get it up and running again. What a relief! Thanks, NTB!

I'm always treated with professionalism and courtesy when I go to NTB. I like that a lot. Customer Service is always on point with Rick and them. I appreciate it especially with this COVID-19 mess going on. Even though you all have cut their hours and treated them poorly they still manage to keep a smile on their faces and give great customer service. It's unfortunate that Corporate NTB doesn't give its employees what we receive as customers from them.
