Great service and right on time.

CJ and the team were super courteous,,, even when I called atleast 4 times with different questions. I actually had used NTB last January when I needed wheels switched out on a truck I had hit curbs on. That were just as amazing then as they were today. You have a really great store with great employees ,, I had spoken with Ty as well. I really hope you take care of all of your employees. I do mean monetary ,, because it’s rare to have this good of an experience in the auto shops industry .. I highly recommend NTB

Great service not to long of a wait

CJ and the team are a welcome addition. My previous experience at this store was lack luster due to an aggressive rude manager even though I spent $2300 for tires and had my vehicle damaged while the tires were installed. CJ and his team discovered after my appointment to fix a flat that the valve stems were never replaced even though I paid for them. He did the right thing and corrected the problem without hesitation. I will be back and refer my friends to this store.

This visit was for state inspection.All l passed, no repairs necessary. NTB always gets us in on time, and out with no delays. The waiting room is comfortable and coffee service great.

CJ did an awesome job. You could tell they were understaffed at the location but he made sure to get me taken care of as efficiently as possible and did his best to get me the best deal he could. Definitely a star employee
