Charles Moye was amazing in explaining the services and what I needed moving forward!

Walked in with out appointment. They were able to service my vehicle without a long wait. They even offered a follow up appointment.

The new Team Members at NTB were very professional, knowledgeable, courtesy and the office was very neat. I was informed that one of the new tires were placed on wrong and corrected the problems. I can't remember his name but he a member of the Arm Forces (Marine). Thank you so very much.

The NTB team, Charles and Detoddva were friendly and professional. Charles explained how the Easypay program worked and answered any questions. Charles was open and honest with me about my tire purchase. I was unable to purchase the four tires I ordered. Charles advised I still have some wear on my tires I was unable to replace, but did suggest that I do not wait too long to replace them so that I would not possible have an issue while driving. I will definitely return to this NTB when I am need of new tires. Thank you Charles and Detoddva for making my tire buying experience pleasant!

I first called to see if they had my battery type. Charles David Moye was very kind and knowledgeable about the product. I had time later so I dropped in and they were able to do it right then. When I started talking he recognized my voice, knew what I needed and took care of me right away. The service was so quick. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes.

Great service as always - new brakes and they caught and fixed a cross-threaded stud.

The Prices for the Labor are way wayyyy very high need to lower it down to make it affordable

Sunday morning. 10:10 am and we did not have an appointment. A customer was ahead of us but our car was serviced within 25 min. C J (the store mgr)was absolutely awesome - personable and knowledgeable. Crisis averted and we were back to enjoying our Father’s Day. Thank you C.J.
