Tires were all low on air. No nails or anything found, so tires aired up and that was it.

Very courteous and friendly service rep. Took the time to look over the auto and found a bad rear strut. Explain my options of OEM or better replacement part, of which the better part was only a few $$$ more. Honored, my military discount in pricing out the strut issue and provided a free tire repair (plug) as a former customer and military vet. Totally convenient and grateful to have NTB service close to my home. Been a customer since 2004 and not looking to change. Thanks
