From the people at the desk to everyone else I encountered, everyone was so polite and kind. I waited while my needs were assessed and the explanation of work needing to be done was very thorough. Super happy customer, here!

I went to NTB this time for oil change on my 2004 Honda Accord and they did it nice. But they for got to update the Oil change sticker that they mormally out on the Glass.

I got a flat tired, i person on the front desk took the time to check if is was reparable and explain everything, very friendly and understanding, got free inspection of the car and will likely come back for the service recommended on the inspection report

They balanced and rotated my tires. However, they didnt check the tire pressure after they did the service. I drive a Ram 2500 pickup and the front tire pressure for the front tires is much less than the back. So when they rotated them it was just the opposite and they did nothing about it!

Got a flat on Monday. Dropped car off and was told a tire needed to be shipped and would have it back by Friday. Didnt get car back until Tuesday as they couldnt figure out where the tire was in transit (no tracking number). Manager gave me a discount for the trouble but still ended up without my car for 8 days instead of 4.

Very simple process. Purchased the tire online through the NTB website. Dropped off and picked it up within a couple of hours.

Went in for inspection after calling ahead. When I showed-up I was told the guy doing the inspection was in training and wouldn't be in until later in the day. They had a don't care attitude about me wasting my time to go there a second time for an inspection.
