This location has the best customer service I've ever experienced. I had two leaking tires on separate occasions prior to ever spending a dime and they fixed both free of charge. That's why I chose to buy tires there (twice now) and will continue to return. Class act!

I love the staff at the Beloit, WI NTB. I live in Waukesha, WI & have family in Beloit and I always wait & take my vehicle there because they've always done a good job. Jessica is great and makes me feel comfortable asking about mechanical stuff and explains things in a way I understand. I love she can hold her own with the guys and they all seem to respect her. They all seem like they're having fun and really enjoy what they do. It awesome.
