I scheduled the appointment online, and the associate told me that the website assigned me the wrong size tire, but that they had the correct-size in stock, and she gave me the good news that the correct-size tires were cheaper than the ones on the website! They also kept me updated during the process, because I needed an alignment and they had some questions about my vehicle. They were very friendly and professional, and understood that I am not very knowledgeable about vehicles.

Offer was misrepresented in ad- not what it was supposed to be at all
