Frank and Phillip do an excellent upfront job at NTB. Work done on the suspension was extensive and well done. Minor issue with repairs which was addresses.without charge when I brought car back. Recommend them for routine maintenance and moderately complicated repairs which I see as their nitch.

The manager Mike does a great job and is very professional. I called to see if a he could work in a break job on my sons truck Saturday at 12:30 thinking he would be booked but he told me to bring it by and he would get us taken care of and that he did. Great place to do business with very professional and great service!!

The service desk staff is knowledgable, helpful, and friendly...don't get to meet the mechanics. However the team of service writers and mechanics deliver a great experience and products. They do not recommend unnecessary services or products. Frank, the Manger, is experienced manages a good shop.

Manager is awesome and very well verse in customer care. Crew is fast and efficient. Waiting area is clean, stocked with whatever you might need during your wait, which for me wasn't even and hour, so i was very pleased.
