Chris at the front desk got bombarded with phone calls while I was waiting for my tire to be fixed. He handled the stress with ease and remained cool, calm, and collected throughout. These guys are great! Very professional. Will definitely be coming back

I experience low tire pressure on my drive from Statesville to visit my mother in Charlotte. I found a nail in my tire. Once in Charlotte, I drove to NTB & requested a repair. Although they were very busy, Chris & staff were happy to accommodate me. They repaired my tire in a timely manner, & I was able to drive home safely & without worrying about having an accident. Their work is thorough and they give reliable advice vs trying to sell you something (like new tires; transmission overhaul) before the work is actually needed.

Tony and Jocelyn are outstanding. They both exuded an incredibly friendly and easygoing manner, even when things are obviously tough due to staff shortages. This is a chain with a “hometown” feel. Customers are remembered and recognized, treated kindly and with genuine appreciation. The service is a good value, the communication is excellent, and the overall vibe is comfortable. I’m a fan.

Scott was great setting up the appointment I. Saturday, and the whole team in the lobby in Sunday were very efficient. I greatly appreciate them being open on Sunday.
