I made appointment and had to change. I was informed that I would be worked in between a 12:30 appointment. I arrived late and car was taken back for service within about 10 minutes. I’m handicapped and the gentleman at the desk come out and held the door. I have always gotten excellent service so I continue to drive to Waldorf because I receive excellent service. Never a problem. The staff have changed but the service is still the same. The staff is professional and courteous.
