NTB-National Tire & Battery

I had purchased 4 tires there in January 2020. One tire recently started losing air because there was a nail. NTB replaced the tire for the cost of the installation. They were efficient, courteous, friendly and professional.

Matt and Ray were excellent. I will 😊 make this my go-to location.

NTB in Arlington, VA has been my Go-To place for vehicle brake systems, other services and tires for 15 years (2 Hummer H2's, 2 Hummer H3's). They are really good at what they do. I highly recommend NTB!

The staff was very pleasant and professional and knowledgeable.

I had a flat tire And they were able to patch it. I also worked with an associate to see if they could source the tire if it needed replacement. I was impressed by the check in check out and price of the services offered.

Made an appointment! Car was taken at the appointed time! Asked them to check my brakes, tires, and battery which they did and found no problems! Nothing extra had to be done! Good Service!

I am highly satisfied with the service received because of the customer service representative named Jose a at the front desk. He went above and beyond to inspect my tires and make recommendations. He was able to order the products needed and reschedule me at my convenience to get my tires changed and rotated. His kindness and generosity was highly appreciated given the fact that I have two small children, and we rely on this car for transportation and emergencies
