The manager, Mike, was extremely helpful, courteous and a pleasure to talk with. Ray and Matt were also excellent and very professional. This is a great NTB location. I know because I’ve been to the King Street location and it was awful.

Great service

When I first arrived I was greeted by Lamar, who was very kind and helpful. When I found out the technicians had damaged my TPS, I called Lamar and he was able to get me rescheduled for a time that fit my schedule. Overall, this visit would have been a 5/10 if it wasn't for Lamars kindness and help. He is the only reason I will continue coming to this location.

The Sales associate Mr. Lamar Brown is the most professional and customer relation oriented I have seen or experienced. I believe NTB needs to recognize such employee, because of people like Mr. Lamar Brown we will continue to do business with NTB. I was there with 3 other customers and we were all talking about the honesty, exact and professional service Mr. Lamar provided to all of us. Manny thanks to Mr. Lamar and NTB for great customer service.

Service was great. The work was done quickly. The only gripe was a service that was quoted could not be done and I was referred to a dealer.

Ease of scheduling and availability.
