We set an appointment and the service was on schedule. We appreciated the promptness and the two service people we worked with at check in and check out were knowledgeable and helpful.

The lady in the front, think her name is Mal, was very nice, explained everything very well, was friendly and courteous. Mechanic was friendly also, answered my questions politely and did a nice job.

I walked in for my routine balance rotation and 4 wheel alignment late in the day expecting to have to make a future appointment. Instead, they took me in immediately and completed the service before the time originally promised.
