A little slow with their Service, but a job well done

I came in for a leakt tire. They explained the tire condition clearly and offered several options, of which i chose a recognizable brand for 4-tire replacement. They had a post snap off but were able to get the part and still complete the repair same day. Always friendly and accommodating.

Both the technician, and desk attendant were quick to assist and explain my issues. All problems were addressed and I left in a reasonable fast amount time with a reliable vehicle again.

Matt was super helpful and professional. It was clear that the technicians were very busy when I came in. Matt was helping a customer, answering the phone and running back and forth to the bays. He was "spinning plates" so to say? And he did it beautifully and never dropped one! Very politely asked the man on the phone to hold, addressed his needs, fixed the problem, very politely asked me to wait, and then got me fixed up in no time. I didnt have an appointment, but he was able to fit me in. He was very nice and helpful, and I will definitely come back to this location because of his service.
