Service was very good. They suggested items that were not necessary at the moment, but would be in the near future.

The staff took care of my wife's vehicle for me for a flat tire/nail repair. Provide a quick service with no charge on top of everything. Great customer services & we shall come here with all future needs for service!

It was easy to make an online appointment. Ron called me to let me know in advance that the work may take more time. That was excellent customer service. They found a defective strut that NTB had installed last year. It was replaced, but I had to pay for the labor. Overall, I'm very pleased with NTB>

The mechanic Devin found additional safety issues with the vehicle and went beyond what was necessary to identify and repair the problems. After speaking with him I trust him with my vehicle for future repairs. Also Ron and Kevin were both very friendly. They went beyond and helped with a nail in the tire and mounted my license plat for me. All around top notch service.
