The employees great, room great, very clean, not one complaint!!!

Great decor and service

Loud high school kids in the lobby screaming and singing one night. Someone pooped in the pool when I kids were swimming, my adjoining rooms were not ideal because one was handicapped accessible and I am nearing gold status and had my reservation for months. I also called 3 or 4 days before check in to ask some questions and verify my reservations.
