Very nice. Very accommodating. Very very helpful booking the party checking in and in the party room

Staff was very good with the guests and attended to all of our needs. Only complaint is that I never received the email confirmation so I didn't know I could decorate the room or to tell my guests to pre-register.

I was running late for my party event in which the team was very courteous with jump time. All staff was polite & friendly.

I love taking my son to run his energy out. He loves sky zone so much and he comes home thinking he can jump on my couch because he jumps at sky zone.

The host was extremely friendly, quick with set up, and the check-in also easy. I think it also helped that our event was on a weekday night. I liked that there weren’t a lot of people. Our kids were easy to manage.

From the moment I called to book a party for my son the staff was very friendly and helpful. The day of the event everything was explain and was an easy and fast checkin. During the time spend in the party room the staff was always checking to make sure we had everything.
