We celebrated my son’s birthday party last weekend at SkyZone in Cerritos. We loved the Glow night event. Will definitely do it again.

The party host named Devin was super nice and attentive to party she made everyone feel at ease. The place was really nice alot of things to do for the kids. Kids will never be bored being in sky zone.

Staff were very nice and helpful.

The check in for my guests was very easy and fast. The extra things I brought for the party were already in the room when we got in.

Diamond was our party coordinator. She was absolutely amazing!! She was friendly, efficient and organized. I really appreciate the great service from her.

The party hosted was extremely helpful and tended to our needs. She was friendly and respectful. Even though the park was crowded; the wait time to use the areas was not that long. The food was good quality and the party room were clean.

Sam was a great host, very friendly and attentive, informative and made things very easy

Our party coordinator, Leila, was awesome! The food was on time. The kids had a blast! It was pretty easy once we got checked in.

Hosted Birthday party, premium. Of course all guests didn't arrive to check-in at the same time. Upon check-in, no one was at counter although 4 were standing at other check-in and a couple chatting with friends at bleachers or just walked by. Waited over 10 minutes on 2 occassions and had to get an employee to come over to party check-in counter to get our guests socks and stickers. Upon end of party, host took salads and never returned with cart for cake and presents. Carried everything downstairs and out to car then had to track down our salads. Was also short one goodie bag and I have no idea how my daughters 30 day jump pass works which was included in birthday package. Wasn't given any information nor pass?

We ordered additional pizza's and there was a mix up. Pizza's took longer to get to us during party room time. I never received te Birthday boy's 30 day pass for purchasing party package.
