There was just one team member that was rude and had an unhappy face the whole time at the check in for the party , and she lied about the slices in a large pizza came in so I order way over the amount of pizza and had to take 3 boxes home not friendly at all

The party went well, however the air conditioning was not working in the party room for us. It was uncomfortably hot, plus hot pizza, plus 20+ people all together the majority of the time we spent in the room the temperature was unpleasant. At the end of it all I was told the manager would contact us via email to talk about the issue... it’s been 7 days and no email. It felt like the over all time spent in the room was pretty short. It felt like after 30 mins we had to start cleaning up. Maybe time was just flying by. Overall the kids had fun!
