Scott is the best massage therapist I have ever had. I suffer from neck and shoulder pains and Scott has helped heal me. I used to be in constant pain and he has truly helped me. I recommend him to everyone!

I was greeted with a very friendly receptionist. My esthetician was very kind and courteous as well as knowledgeable about my skin concerns. Check out was quick and convenient.

I am highly satisfied because my therapist does an amazing job hitting all my very sore and painful parts. He recognizes when his pressure is too much and will lighten up with out me telling him. When I leave, I always feel like I am cloud floating in the sky. I get messages for pain relief and not relaxation.

Crystal knows what spots to work on. Always asks for any additional areas to work on.Always on time.

Nicole has been my preferred therapist the last several times I have come to H&S. She listens to my concerns, focuses on what I ask for, but is also confident enough in her skills to do what I need. I don't always ask for the right thing but based on what I tell her or how I react on the table, she uses her knowledge to work on what I actually need to resolve my problems. The H&S facility itself is also clean, relaxing, and comfortable. Highly recommended.

I loved that I was able to get in the next day. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. I also love the range of services offered.

Appointment times are convenient for my schedule. Just wish you would post in app and more prominent places on how to redeem your earned points. Seems I always have to hunt for the list. The app even lists my points, so the redemption chart should be listed too.

My therapist does a great job of working on my sore areas. She does a very good pressure.

I cannot think of any other business that offers a more highly personal service. From entering the door, to the welcoming greeting by name, and the skilled excellence of the massage therapist, it is always a terrific experience! I not only recommend this spa, I often buy gift cards for others and personally recommend my therapist, Scott.
