The staff was amazing they were all working very hard but it was clear they did not have the necessary staff or the proper support from their corporation after talking with some of the staff it became very clear. Other than the lack of upkeep and support from their hierarchy GREAT STAFF !! My family had an amazing time !

The kids enjoyed the arcade games and chasing Chuckie to get more tickets. Food was meh. Had a good time with the kids.

Plumbing issues clearly. Disgusting smell. Game troubles and no servicing. Sad kids.
