The check-in process is always handled quickly and efficiently. My massage therapist is always amazing. She always asks if I have any particular issues she needs to address, and if I do, she pays attention to those areas. I've never had a disappointing visit with my current therapist. My massage therapist listened to my needs and started working right away. He took time at the end of the massage to explain where tightness was appearing and where to focus next visit.
