Julia was amazing. It was my first time having a facial and she made me feel at ease. She explained everything she was doing and the results were great.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the services. However, I was not presented with a hot towel after the massage. Also, I feel that my massage time was shortened, and this is not the first time this has happened. The time for my esthetics appointment was the full time.

I have been having regular. Facial treatments now for almost a year and I always schedule with Hailey at Hand & Stone in High Point. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind, she listens to my concerns and offers solutions to my requests. I highly recommend her to anyone .

Courtney my an aesthetician is wonderful ! She is always friendly and helpful with questions. She is always willing to answer questions about my skin care.

The massage therapist explained what additional services I can get at no additional cost. She was the 1st therapist to take the time to do so and recommend something that I really enjoyed.

Therapist Allison is skilled and sensitive. I always request her or Bethany because of repeated good experiences with both. Staff at the front desk are friendly and become more knowledgeable than a couple years ago.
