It was a relaxing experience end to end. I was so impressed by all of the staff that I had the pleasure of interacting with - everyone was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful! I immediately started a membership because the experience was so fantastic.

Michael is absolutely wonderful. He remembers my problem areas and works to address those needs. Michael is very respectful and responsive. I return every weeks because of Michael. The front desk receptionist are incredibly polite and helpful. I am very thankful the water feature in the front lobby is no longer flowing.

Bethany always does a great job being attentive to areas of concern. She gives a great massage and the overall experience at Hand and Stone is very relaxing and enjoyable!

Mary is fantastic and always pays attention to details.

Paid attention to my requests. My shoulder is sore and they really worked out the issue and I can now sleep on that side! The massage was so relaxing I fell asleep! I felt comfortable the entire time and the techniques used were fantastic! The facial results are great. I can see some slimming around my jaw line, improved fitness, and reduced appearance of breakout areas. Would do this again!

My daughter gave us massages for Christmas..each of us came out with high praise for the experience! Mine gave me nearly the entire hour..(I am a fast undressed) and I had requested quite deep and firm and it was. I was worried that the others might not have had a great massage but we all were so delighted. We live in Illinois so we wont be back
