The lobby was relaxing and smelled amazing. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. My massage therapist had a gentle touch when manipulating the blankets appropriately. She listened specifically where I was experiencing pain and gave me tips on how to relieve them at home.

Beth was fabulous. I’m dealing with an injury and she was able to help ease tension that being on crutches has caused. The previous massage I had at H&S was not great and ironically I didn’t get a survey (or it went to my junk folder) so I was so relieved to have such a good experience this time. I’ve already booked another appointment with Beth!
