Charles provides a great service

It was my first experience at H&S and I was running late due to traffic. The staff member who I talked to when I called to say I’d be late was so polite and gracious. The massage therapist was still able to give me a thorough massage even though it had to be cut short due to my lateness so I still left feeling great.

This is my 3rd visit. Always wonderful results. Re book each time!

Charles is amazing!!! He has a wealth of knowledge and experience along with great compassion. His sessions are individualized and covert client centered!

Very professional staff at check in area and my therapist that I have been to several times is always very professional and attends to my problem areas with her skills and knowledge. She genuinely cares about what she is doing and how it makes a difference to her client.

I joined the membership club

Great service. Massages, which is what I have the most, have been adapted as I have needed that. I had a lumpectomy back in the Fall 2022, and when I could come back for a massage, the therapist was great about accommodating my needs as I could not then lay down flat on my stomach.

Beautiful reception area. My aesthetician was on time, friendly and knowledgable. She was professional and educated me on what products would best suite my skin.

Bethany is an excellent therapist. She is attentive my needs and works on the area I specify. The receptionists are pleasant and friendly to work with.
