The front desk staff at H&S High Point NC were helpful and friendly. The waiting area was clean, with generous seating. The massage therapists (my husband and I both had massages) were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The massage rooms were comfortable and relaxing. The timing of our appointments was perfect - started and finished on time, but without feeling rushed. And as a bonus, compared to other chain spas I've visited, there was no hard sell pressure - I really dislike that, and it's why I don't visit some other places.

He's seriously good at what he does, making the whole experience super relaxing and just what I needed. The vibe at Hand and Stone was chill, and everyone was really welcoming. Josephus stood out as a fantastic therapist; his skills made a huge difference. It was a great way to unwind and feel refreshed.
