I loved the warmth and ambience of the room. Two therapists I love are Shae and Latia. I have always been self conscious about my body and both make me feel very comfortable. One thing I think would improve the massage would be adding the glutes to area messaged although I can understand if that might make a therapist uncomfortable. I haven't specifically asked for it because I did not want to make anyone uncomfortable. My membership had a bit of a hiccup in the beginning with my first appt but the High Point manager was very kind and helped work it all out. I am very pleased withy membership.

Excellent massage therapist - friendly do my and knowledgeable. Before getting into massage Too much focus on selling memberships but massage staff often unreliable and cancel - I had about 4 cancellation s last year , no effort to offer another person and difficult to re schedule

The staff is always friendly. The massages and facials always meet my expectations and fix issues. The spa is always so clean!
