Taylor was AMAZING! Best facial experience I’ve ever had at any Hand & Stone. Receptionist I can’t remember her name but she was super friendly & accommodating! Top notch service all around!

Service was good, but why do you have a sign on the counter to tell your clients what you expect them to tip the therapist. That should be up to the client and what they can afford.

The massage therapist was fantastic. She knows her stuff. She listened to what I was said I needed. The place was very clean and they wore masks.

I absolutely Love Hailey and the skin treatments she uses. Plus I always feel so relaxed and cared for!

This past March, I happily returned to NC after living in TN. However, the thing I hated to leave behind (besides friends) was my massage therapist. I have tried others in the High Point area, but have found a home at Hand and Stone. The therapist I saw, Ashley, came the closest to the expert care I received in TN. I plan to return.

The staff is knowledgeable about their craft and take wellness seriously. I have a high-stress job, and going to a massage therapist is a way to relieve a lot of tension that sometimes turns to pain. My most recent therapist did an excellent job of alleviating my stress.

I love my esthetician Denise and always look forward to seeing her. I am never disappointed in her or the services she gives me. I was frustrated in booking my appointment because I wanted to do it by phone as I had questions. No one ever answered the phone over a period of several hours so I had to book it online. The prices seem to have gone up and it also seems like things are added in without my knowledge of the extra cost.

I always get a great massage from Luis. He is friendly and adjusts the conversation on what I want. If I'm quiet he doesn't try to make conversation, but if I'm in a talkative mood he converses easily.
