I was extremely happy with the amount of strength and pressure that Ebony used on my upper back and shoulders. I was a little concerned as I'm 6'4" and Ebony was a lot smaller. However, she had more than enough skill and experience to deliver the massage with some great skill. Very friendly, talked to me for the first half of the appointment, then followed my lead when i got quiet she got quiet. I have already recommended her to some other ice hockey guys and i hope they take advantage of someone that knows how to deliver a massage to someone my size. Plus, this was my first experience using hot stones. That was an incredible feeling that really sunk into my muscles. Very fortunate that the other night went so well.

The ambience of the reception area is welcoming. The rooms are comforting and relaxing and helps calm my nerves. My experience of other spas was that they were more geared for the rich, which I am not. I feel very comfortable, calm and trusting at Hand and Stone.

Felt comfortable with COVID concerns. Look forward to the services and met with smiles and helpful attitude of entire staff. My needs are met without pushing for more add on services.

They were welcoming and knowledgeable. When the massage I wanted was not available, the offered other options. The therapist listened to area I felt needed more and took care to work on those areas.

Charles is extremely good at what he does- very kind and very good at providing a relaxing experience. I appreciate the music and low lighting in the room- it is very good at helping to create a more relaxing environment.
