It is very welcoming and relaxing from the moment I enter the door! Bethany is extremely attentive to the specific areas that I need the most attention. The receptionist are extremely friendly and easy to work with and they are also very knowledgeable which is helpful as well.

Each time I call to book a service I am told something different. I have often been given different dates of my package expiration, whether or not my service can be added from one to another’s for the charging of an extra $50 for an 90 min massage! I was only asked about this at the last one which makes me wonder if I had been charged earlier and not know it. Massage therapist is the BEST! Otherwise I def would not return.

Always a great experience with the massage therapists. All that I have seen have done a great job with addressing my soreness in my back and neck. The office is also very clean.

The massage room by the bathroom was kind of loud with the door opening and closing. I was very satisfied.

I felt very welcomed by the front reception team and the whole experience was nice. I do wish the cost was not so high. I have been going to a therapist for over 6 yrs and this was almost 50% more than what I pay for the same service

I always feel welcome and I am greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello. I used to go to the store in Greensboro but I live so much closer to the High Point store. I always look forward to my appointment.
