Quality of service. Knowledge and friendliness of Hailey. The quality of products used and products I bought. Also, the willingness of the receptionists to inform me on how to save money by becoming a member.

When calling to schedule an appointment at Hand and Stone in High Point NC, they were able to schedule my appointment for the next day due to my continuing migraine. The entire staff were helpful and very welcoming. The Masseuse did an outstanding job working on my problem areas. Highly recommend any Hand and Stone location but especially the High Point location.

Ease of making the appointment cleanliness of the spa and the service

Taylor was great. She kept me comfortable and I can already see a huge difference in my skin. Front staff was great as well.

Everyone working in the facility was extremely friendly and personable. It was my first time having a guy work on me but he put me at ease with his demeanor as soon as I met him- even though he did not know. It was a very relaxing experience.

I initially came in for a massage and there were no appointments available. The receptionist(who is an ECU grad, GO PIRATES!!) suggested a facial. I had never had a facial and it was such a relaxing and wonderful experience. Courtney did a great job and offered me a lot of advice on skin care. I enjoyed it so much I signed up to be a member. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER

Denise, my esthetician, was friendly and knowledgeable. She took time to get to know my needs. Loved her!

Ice booked and received massages and very pleased every time. Luis is my favorite.
