First timer here! It was easy to book an app by phone. Same day availability! It was a bday gift to myself and Kristin was wonderful! Amazing making me feel comfortable for my first time and explain everything! Very relaxing clean space. My skin was glowing! Definitely going back with her!

Upon entering, receptionists and therapists were very welcoming. I wanted to buy gift cards for the holidays and the receptionists were very thorough in the explanations on what was available. My massage therapist and facial therapist were top-of-the-line in knowledge and effectiveness.

The wait time after arriving was very minimal. The massage therapist listened to the areas I wanted treated and while performing massage he validated his pressure etc. Very good experience.

overall ease of booking appointment, getting checked in and of course enjoying a wonderful massage. The staff did everything right.

The therapist Frankie is very good with her knowledge of the job and her ability to relax the customer. I thank her and will be back to see her soon!

Danielle was exceptional and really hit my bad points without me telling her .

The receptionists were friendly. The lobby was a little bit louder at this visit (receptionists were conversing louder than usual)-the music being played was a little softer than usual. The massage therapist was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped relieve aches/pains.

It is nice to get the same massage therapist each time.
