Overall Hand and Stone Trinity location is excellent. I have been going for a while for messages. Lee is an amazing therapist. I tried a facial once and did not like that experience. I felt that the therapist rushed the facial and I did not see any improvements. I will try it again and see if I have a better experience next time.

I love getting a massage from Kensey. She is very talented and does a wonderful job. The ambience is fabulous.

My massage therapist is very knowledgeable on what she is doing with trying to work on my eggs and pains and helping me to relax during our session. I have a lot of back issues, especially in my upper back and neck and she has been trying hard to eliminate those problems and she is trying various applications, such as the hot stones to work on getting my back issues resolved.

When you walk in to the spa you are warmly greeted by staff. The entire facility is clean and has a calming feeling. The therapy rooms are clean, the furniture comfortable.
