I have going here for a couple of years. Steph is great and makes me feel comfortable.

Jessica was great! I left totally relaxed which is what I wanted. The atmosphere and staff were fantastic!!

I was Highly satisfied with the professionalism and the skill level of the therapist I had. She was very knowledgeable and kind, and I felt very comfortable. I was also very pleased with the staff at reception and the manager. They were all very friendly and they were able to answer questions I had regarding my membership. I was running late for my original appointment and I called to let my therapist know. The receptionist was very understanding and helped me to reschedule my massage so I would not miss out on time with the therapist. I sincerely appreciated that! Overall I was very pleased with the level of service and the atmosphere at the Hand & Stone Trinity location! I will definitely be back soon and I will be referring friends and colleagues there!

It is a wonderful experience from the time you enter the salon. Staff is friendly, attentive and highly professional. I am very please with all aspects of my membership.

I came into Hand & Stone because I was having specific issues in my lower back and hips. I was seeking relief after weeks of trying to just stretch at home. My experience was extremely positive from when I walked into the door and was greeted by kind customer service at the front desk. Upon meeting my therapist, Cheri, she was very focused on helping to address the reason or problems for which brought me to Hand & Stone. I left feeling so grateful and better! Furthermore, my therapist offered insight on what muscle areas to focus on stretching and again improving my quality of life.

I’m always cold and my only complaint was the temperature of the room. But now that I know there are heated beds they can turn on, I’ve requested it to be on before I arrive next time. Excited to try the sport therapist at my next visit!

My massage therapist was Johnny and he was probably the best massage I have ever gotten.

The staff is always fantastic. The time spent on the massage is always perfect. The extra time taken to see if any upgrades are wanted to be used is great every time.

Staff at front desk are always friendly and welcoming. Kenzie is very knowledgeable and friendly. It's always a good experience. Services offered are good.
