Hand and Stone

I always feel pampered while I'm at Hand and Stone. Have had facials from same esthetician since I started there a couple of years ago. Hope to continue this treat to myself for some time to come!

I was actually able to get in, but not 90 minutes as I would have preferred. Therapist was good and used good pressure.

From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Being a woman of a certain age, I was very uncomfortable with the sign-in process. The lovely Team in Trinity made me feel so welcome & shared THEY have a tough time with technology made me feel more at ease. I know they use that technology daily BUT their acceptance of me and my quirky ways were (hopefully) a great indication of the next generations ability to comprehend & assist. I knew everything about Head & Stone, not the technology by the time I left. Bravo

The place is very clean and welcoming. I got a discount for being a 1st time customer. The massage therapist was amazing

The staff greets me as soon as I walk in the door. My appointment normally starts on time. Stephanie is a good massage therapist.

Friendly staff, very well organized. They send just the right amount of text and emails to remind you of your next appointment. Massage technician friendly, skilled, and over all a great massage and great experience.

The front desk area was very friendly as soon as I walked in and make sure I was checked in right away. My esthetician was super friendly as well and I loved how she recommended products to me based on my skin type and conditions.

My only suggestion would be better descriptions about each service and especially the add ons. I had no idea what any of the massage add ons actually were, no descriptions

Masseuse was great and did a great job focusing on my needs.

Receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. Check in and check out process goes smoothly. Massage therapist is great at deep tissue massage.
