Kenzie is always amazing, as are the reception staff.

At this point this is the only part of the survey, that is unnecessary...I was highly satisfied for all the reasons I already answered. I don't think I need to spell it out any further.

Everyone is friendly and very attentive. There is never a long wait and the esthetician is knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable.

Staff is warm & welcoming. Very soothing atmosphere. Both therapist and esthetician addressed my personal needs.

It was very relaxing. Skin felt better.

Therapist was exceptionally kind and talented!

My Therapist was very good and patient, she asked if I had any problem areas and I told her that I had surgery on my neck and explained to her where she could add pressure and where to stay away from. She did excellent and relieved the pressure I get down my back from my neck being over active. The room was very nice, and the warm massage table is a huge plus.

Loved the receptionist who set up my membership. Very knowledgeable & awesome customer service. She was so nice & even let me leave to grab a cash tip for my provider. The therapist was also amazing!
