Therapist was exceptionally kind and talented!

My Therapist was very good and patient, she asked if I had any problem areas and I told her that I had surgery on my neck and explained to her where she could add pressure and where to stay away from. She did excellent and relieved the pressure I get down my back from my neck being over active. The room was very nice, and the warm massage table is a huge plus.

Loved the receptionist who set up my membership. Very knowledgeable & awesome customer service. She was so nice & even let me leave to grab a cash tip for my provider. The therapist was also amazing!

I love this H&Stone location. The place is especially clean and well kept. The staff super friendly and accommodating. My esthetician is Great! Love her.

Stephanie was able to give me a massage when I went to the location in new port Richey, however in Spring Hill the last time it was a waste of time the person applied no pressure when I asked for more pressure they had not enough strength. It felt like I was just being ticws

It was a great experience since I have not had a message in at least 15 years. The therapist was great, very knowledgeable & explained everything
