Hand and Stone

I was highly satisfied with my massage therapist. However, I book massages at spas at resorts all the time, so I was expecting a different experience. I arrived 20 minutes in advance of my appointment expecting to change clothes into a spa robe and slippers prior to my treatment. I realized after my therapist took me to the therapy room that I had to change in the message room. This was unexpected.

Zack is an amazing massage therapist! It is always a relaxing experience and he always listens and also provides helpful recommendations.

It was the day after my birthday and I wanted a last minute appointment. I called the Leesville (Raleigh) location and several others. Leesville was the only location that called me back. During our call, the receptionist found an open slot and I was booked for a same day service! When I arrived everyone was friendly and my service was awesome. After my service, I was relaxed and happy. I even tried to see if they had a massage appointment available, it wasn't. However, I am eagerly waiting for my next appointment with Hand and Stone!

Excellent massage

Siarra gave me a great massage. I could tell within the first 60 seconds that she knew what she was doing. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. I liked it so much that I joined your monthly program!

Sierra was very attentive and thorough. But what was really nice was upon making payment, the manager, Gina, was there. She asked me several questions and made an effort to resolve a concern that I have had for some time. It was much appreciated.

I enjoy coming there when I can. Hasn’t been a good year for me. Financial. Was recovering from two surgeries. Plus other things too. Hope to get back as soon as I can. Thx. B
