easy to get to location and easy to park; only down side is therapist seems to leave alot. I"m pleased with who I see now, just have to plan way out to get an appointment with her. Would be nice to have a few more therapists available at this location. Everyone is nice, polite, it's clean, on time, etc.

Mya at the front desk at check-in was very helpful and knew how to share the membership information in a very understandable way. James did a great job with pressure and technique.

Front desk receptionist was very friendly, she smiled and has a welcoming peaceful tone of voice. Her welcome helped to start my experience off with satisfaction! My massage therapist was also friendly, kind and I could tell she ensured that she worked on the problem areas I requested. She did a phenomenal hot stone massage!! I would request her services in the future.

The esthetician was on punctual and friendly. She remembered and asked about my dog. Checkout was quick.

My massage therapist Takayuki is outstanding. She listened to my cincerns and addressed them. She gave me things to do at home which is very helpful.

When it comes to down to it the details really make a difference. For example, covering your eyes and using a neck "pillow" while on the belly up position. I wish those 60 minutes were longer!

Receptionists were very welcoming. The ambiance in the lobby is great. The massage room was calming and relaxing. The massage therapist knew and enjoyed what she was doing.

Everything was as I expected.

Gigi was excellent in hearing my concerns and helping to create a plan to address them. I like that she wrote down her recommendations and suggested treatments to try at my next visit.
