Very friendly professional staff

My facial was thoroughly completed and the esthetician was courteous and knowledgeable.

I'm a member so website to book appointment is confusing asking for a credit card. I had to call to be sure I would not be charged again if I booked online. Reception was very helpful in explaining that is only if you cancel or are a no show to charge your card. My appointment was at 6:00, I arrived and was taken back to room before 6:00, but then the provider stepped out and did not return until 6:05 and ended promptly at 7:00.
