I hope this is about the store on Leesville Road because they are fantastic! I do have a complaint about the Durham location on MLK. They consistently cancel my appointments and almost ruined my birthday because of it! I was the very first person to make my appointment for my birthday only to have them call and cancel and NO offer to rebook or make it right that day. Unfortunately I have a gift card for that location only so I will have to return, but I will be telling everyone I know to avoid that location and avoid it myself except for that one time unless I give up the gift card which is highly tempting. The Leesville store made things right and were so pleasant and nice. This is my home location and only stopped due to appointment availability because they were newer, but however, they seem to have fixed that issue and I will come here 100% of the time in the future!

My massage therapist Camby is fabulous. I have already recommended her to a friend and she said the same about Camby. Her expertise of areas that need to be worked on is spot on. The salon itself is extremely clean.

The staff was very friendly, the massage therapist was very effective addressing any problem areas with regard to muscle tension/soreness I had mentioned and was very friendly and struck the perfect balance with regard to level of conversation during the massage.

I love the Raleigh leesville location that I got my mom a membership too; since she lives here. I live out of town and travel 3hrs for my spa treatments. The staff is amazing and the office is superb! James is amazing with his massages!!! Crystal is another favorite with facials. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful clean super friendly staff and highly professional massage therapist, Gwen. Terrific massage. Wish it was longer. 50 minutes felt more like 40 minutes. Wish it was longer. but schedules are tight. Gwen was excellent.
