Jai was so friendly and did a great job on my skin. The two women who helped me check out at the front desk were super friendly and helpful as well.

Deyna was very friendly and gave me additional feedback to do in follow up appointments.

Very welcoming. Receptionist Liz greeted me by name as I walked in. Very personable. Massage therapist Deyna is extremely knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and more. Pressure was perfect & effective.

I LOVE going to Hand & Stone off Leesville Road here in Raleigh!!! Everyone I’ve dealt with is super friendly and helpful. They make me feel like family, from Robin as the manager, Jaida as the receptionist/scheduler to Jai who is my aesthetician and ALWAYS makes me feel so much better after each facial! I highly recommend this location!!

It felt like session ended way earlier than previous sessions (had a full 10 minutes left before the hour was up). My massage therapist was good about adding more pressure and the temperature of the bed, but I also wanted the music a bit louder (my fault for not saying anything). Looking for a more consistent experience, so I’ve been rotating therapists after 2-3 sessions to see who can do that along with a style of massage that is pleasing to me.

My massage therapist seemed inexperienced. I felt that he did not have good techniques for working on my muscles. Many of his techniques were painful due to the form, not the pressure. Also, his fingernails were quite long and dug into my skin a few times. Finally, it seemed he ran out of time to complete the massage as he did not massage my arms or hands.

There is no menu of facial services and prices for consideration. It is difficult to comprehend when the aesthetician rattles off unfamiliar options. She also pressured me to select the more expensive services and said the standard facial is like “washing your face”. There needs to be a list of services and prices a customer can look at.
