I would have liked the therapist to ask me if the pressure was Ok during the massage as I could have used more pressure, even though I told her firm at the beginning of the appointment when she asked what type of pressure I wanted. I did say during the massage for her to dig in on certain areas… But didn’t quite really feel that

Therapist was gone for almost 10 minutes to let me undress, which was long, wasn’t back for several minutes after I stepped out after service, and never offered water.

Back bothered me while laying on back too long.

I’ve been to other spas that were more upscale and provided the same services. For the price of my treatment, I would expect a better atmosphere of the facility as a whole and in the waiting area. My actual treatment was great though!

The Massage Therapist was outstanding (Sierra). The only part that needs improvement is having someone actually answer your phone. I called twice to make appointment and no answer (I left message to call me back), so i decided to go to location directly to make appt. since near my home and the 2 ladies at desk were socializing and no one else was in the reception area. Today (2 days later) i called 3-4 times within an hour or so to book another appointment and no one answered. I ended up booking with another massage competitor, who was more responsive. Other than that, i would rate you all a 4.5 / 5.0 and very happy with the friendliness and professionalism of staff and therapist. Sincerely, Steve

I felt pressured by my esthetician to purchase products I didn’t currently need or ask for, as well as additional services, which made me feel uncomfortable. I do not like high pressure sales! The cost for additional services is very high—even for members. And the time it takes to provide the additional services is deducted from your facial, meaning you end up missing out on some of the standard features that come with a regular facial. It feels strange paying extra to ultimately be penalized on time.
