It was an average facial service. Felt the $100 microderm variation add on was short. Don’t know it was as effective as others I have received elsewhere.

Felt a little pressure to become a member and make follow up appointment. Hard to understand exactly what other services would cost (difference) being a member

This last visit was great. I have had issues with management not calling me back in the past. And there weren't enough massage therapists in the past. But it seems that those issues have been solved so I’m happy to come back.

As early stated. I feel everyone needs to get a full hour of massage.

There is little to no availability for massage appointments. Many of the add on services are vague in description and ultimately not worth the price. The staff is constantly changing due to high turnover from what I can only assume is employee dissatisfaction, making it hard to establish a relationship between client and massage therapist/esthetician. The facial services, such as diamond glow, have increased ridiculously in price, and now going to local, established spas is comparable if not cheaper than H&S prices. And if I am choosing between local establishments and corporate juggernauts, the winner is always going to be the local spot where I can establish a relationship with my service providers.

The value of using two of my membership credits plus rewards points plus I had to pay $15 over all of that for a facial that I can do at home with similar equipment and products.

When I have an appointment I am always satisfied. The issue that I have had a few appointments canceled last minute. Also it is very hard to schedule a massage due to lack of appts. Last time I checked it was 8+ weeks out. I also see a lot of turnover with staff which makes it more difficult to find someone that you like.

The therapist seemed tentative, it was the first time we worked together so that may be why.

My Aug 2nd appt was cancelled b/c the massage therapist called out. I was told I’d get a call the following week to reschedule. No one ever called. When I called back to reschedule the soonest was the end of September. I understand appt spots get filled quickly, but I feel I should’ve been given the option sooner since the cancelled appt was no fault of mine.
