Appointments and once I get a person I really feel comfortable with they end up leaving. You have a high turnover and there is a reason for that.

I did wait awhile past my scheduled time. Also, I was not aware that my therapist wasn’t a female. However, Hadrian made me feel comfortable and did such a good job that I would book him again.

This experience was great! The time before they canceled my appointment at the last minute the day before my appointment. But this time there was not an issue.

I thought I did say I was highly satisfied. However, I will say that took a very long time for me to even get an appointment in March. However, I am very happy that your staff does a wonderful job of managing the wait list and calling me. March 23rd happened to be my birthday and I was glad that somebody called me the day before to remind me that they were all of a sudden available that day.

Everything was great as far as the location, waiting area and treatment. It was just too expensive for a treatment that lasted less than an hour. (cleaning and changing accounted for the rest of the time). I go to a private spa as well and it is actually cheaper than this visit at hand and stone cost me. My treament cost 3 of my monthly payments and then some. Just too pricey. I have asked twice to put my membership on hold and nobody has called me back. Now that I have spent all my monthy money on one visit essentially, I would like to cancel my membership. Can someone please call me and help me with that? Janice Draper 443-404-8117. Thank you!

It is getting harder to find available times to get a massage. I have to look at several locations because there is low availability at this location. I reserved a massage for my mom twice and both have been cancelled by this location.

Massage is good, but not great. Sometimes it starts a little late and ends a little early. Pretty good overall, but could be better.

Being satisfied means just that, satisfied. That's my opinion. I rated highly satisfied for those aspects of my experience at H&S. I indicated that I will return within the next 90 days and that I will recommend the services to others. I think that the emphasis on rating everything as highly satisfied is unrealistic and not useful. Without H&S knowing areas that can be improved, I believe that no improvements can or will be improved. Without knowing areas to improve is accepting the status quo, rather than working to achieve excellence. Thanks for providing this opportunity for me to constructively rate the services I received.
