Checking in was quick. Massage therapist did good to relieve shoulder/lower back pain.

Hand and Sone states a 1 hour massage. I really feel the massage should be a full hour, that is what customers pay for. I don’t feel the 1 to 3 minutes to undress and dress should not cut in to massage time. I have waited up to 5 minutes for the therapists to come in room. I always tell them it only takes me about 1 ti 1 .1/2 minutes to get undressed and on the table. If someone is late a few minutes then of course they know they will not get a full 1 hour. Thank you,

Mentioned 3 areas.. she spent 80% on one.. and most of remainder in another.. 3 rd spot got little attention

I used a gift card which was worth more than the service. The rest of it was used as a tip which I did not agree to. I should have gotten a credit for the balance and have me decide on how much tip to give .

I did not receive a full 50 minute massage. I arrived at my appointment time but had to wait for a few minutes while the receptionist talked to another customer. I arrived a couple of minutes before 6 pm and went to the restroom and massage therapist me outside the restroom. I do not believe my massage started before 6:10 p.m. I had sent a text at 6:05 p.m. and that was before I was undressed and I waited a few minutes on the table after I was undressed. The massage ended around 6:48 p.m.

The front desk staff were friendly. My esthetician was friendly but the facial was average. When I came home to go straight to work, I saw leftover black cream here and there on my face.

not really hand and stone specific - most massage therapists in general do not use the same firm pressure across the whole body. back was great, but arms were barely touched at all, same with hands/wrists, and not enough pressure on the calves, thighs or feet. I understand that it is difficult to do deep tissue, but if i am paying extra for it, i expect it on my whole body.

Massage was wonderful and receptionists were excellent. Esthetician was alright - entirely too pushy about upgrading the service. I realize this is not necessarily her but more likely a company wide push. Sadly, this location is an hour commute from my home in Burlington and with a toddler at home and baby due in September, it is not an easy commitment. I have tried on MULTIPLE occasions to book at the Greensboro location and only been met with unanswered voicemails or very limited availability. Please understand the probable discontinuation of membership is not a reflection of the staff or their services/demeanor, but rather the lack of time and convenient locations.

The person ahead of me was late leaving so I do not receive my 50 minutes. Don’t however know what else she would have done with the extra time.
