Hand and Stone

I am Highly Satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience. I am not sure why I am answering this question. If I accidentally marked Dissatisfied or Highly Dissatisfied, it was by mistake.

Staff is terrific and location great. Just need more therapists so it’s not nearly impossible to book a massage.

Will request a different massage therapist. I had asked for him to be masked, he was not. I told him about specific points of soreness that needed to be worked on, he did not work on that area (except the usual amount, no extra attention there). He was nice, but not particularly attentive.

Added the scalp massage, was not worth the additional cost.

This experience I was highly satisfied. In the past they did not correctly book my appointment. This visit was good and no issues.

Had to book my next appointment a month out. There was no availability with the therapist earlier. I ended up booking a massage with another therapist and it was still a month out. I wanted to come in sooner..

The room could have been a little warmer. Sometimes the music was a little too loud.

I think it is dumb a mask is required when the mask mandate is over. If I was concerned about covid at all I wouldn’t be having a person massage me. It is also difficult to get a monthly prenatal massage because there is only one person who can do them.

I'm rarely Highly Satisfied with an initial appointment anywhere. In this case, I had nothing by which to judge. I enjoyed the experience with Tie and plan on continuing with her.

I dislike the upselling … it was done with no pressure but I still dislike it.
