The facial was really good. The aesthetician was excellent. The price is a little bit high.

Spent too much time massaguthe same area using the same technique. Could have moved arm to different angles to get at pecs from various points

Overall, the massage met my expectations and would come back. The massage therapist did a great job and was very friendly. I would recommend her and your store to friends.

I loved the experience, but feel Hand and Stone is fairly sales focused. It’s a business so I understand; however, when you come to relax you don’t want to deal with the up charge and product pushing. You just want to relax. This isn’t the fault of the people working there as it seems like a corporate policy and what’s incentivized. It’ll be a better experience if Hand and Stone chills on this.

I can never get appointments on dates I need them.

I feel like I was not able to communicate my needs to massage Technician. Not from lack of trying. I realize that the sent it oils are extra but the oils need to have some smell of relaxation to it. Also I feel that a cup of water is not enough a small bottle of water needs to be given because it is important to hydrate after a massage especially a deep tissue. I did not totally hate my massage but I have had much better ones. This is why I am going to try all the massage therapists until I find the one I need.

I was hoping for slightly more firm pressure since I paid for deep tissue. Also I would have liked slightly more oil/lotion used because at some points it felt a little dry still. I was also slightly cold.

From what was offered, it seems like only 2 prenatal therapists work at the Leesville Rd location and it took 3 + weeks to get on their schedule. I wish there was more availability. It would be nice option to purchase quantity packages of massages rather than the ongoing membership.
