One product I was hoping to repurchase was not in stock. I've previously experienced poor customer service, however, this has occurred only once. Overall, I highly enjoy my membership.

The whole place was lovely, Only complaint would be for more extraction during my facial. I still had blackheads when I came home.

The facials are not exceptional. To get anything extra that would make the facial worth it, there is a cost. I never leave the salon without paying extra. It makes no sense.

The massage value is fair. As for the facials they are not affordable. I feel that for members the upgrade should be more affordable. If members are already paying monthly for services to redeem why should an upgrade be so costly? I like to get facials and massages for relaxation and the health of my skin. I don’t want to stop because of how costly it is to maintain the service monthly. I hope there can be changes made to help service members better. Thank you for your time.

Seems everything is an upgrade. What are the basics? Work on nice touches for your basics too.

The appointment was ten minutes late and there were streaks of abrasion when she did Microderm to my neck. Previous aestheticians put a hair band around my head. GiGi did not, so all the products got into my hair which made it sticky

The staff at the desk changes so often. The ladies are getting worse every time.

Staff friendly and therapist pleasant and did a nice job. My only concern is that this time as well as other times I have noticed I don’t get massages the full 50 minutes I pay for. I needed to ask my therapist to continue for the remainder of my five minutes left. I should not have to keep close track of the time during what is supposed to be a relaxing session but this is not the first time when my massage was o my 45 minutes or less.

I am sure your pricing is competitive, but it is tough on my pocket, and if I were to leave that would be why. My massage therapist is wonderful. She genuinely cares about how I feel and does what she can to meet my needs.

The massage therapist adjusted pressure as requested but it ended up feeling like I was getting a back rub. There was very little variation in movement. He went to about mid back and my lower back and neck ended up feeling stiff by the end. He did not do feet or ankles at all which may have been from a misunderstanding when I said I wanted more focus on my back.
